Twitter for Business
The aim of this programme is to provide those with a basic working knowledge of Twitter the basic skills to set up a Twitter account for their business, with the skills to explore the relevance and potential of Twitter for their particular business and take their use of Twitter to the next level of usage.
–getting started workshop, you will set up your twitter account, set up your profile and send your first tweet. You will also learn how to connect with others.
This session will be highly participative and relevant through interactive learning, case studies, individual approach, use of hand-outs and audio-visual materials. It will contain numerous examples of best practice as well as tricks and tips to help existing Facebook business page owners develop their pages as part of an integrated social media marketing campaign Delivery style will include the use of trainer presentations, live demos, group and individual work, discussions and question and answer sessions.
