Course Overview

Designed for all food handlers work in Food Manufacturing. This short Accelerator programme is designed to equip all participants with the fundamentals of HACCP theory & practice. This course meets the legislation (EC) No 852/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 29 April 2004 on the hygiene of foodstuffs. 3 year certification, this certification is recognised by all Environment Health Officers
